Public works came out and looked at it but didn't change anything. It's still opening and closing when cars drive over it.

Hi CS: Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District staff has visited that manhole twice. The first time a sealant was used to make sure it stayed seated; they checked it a second time to make sure the seal was still working.
