They need to make all these lights blinkers from 8PM to 7AM. They are useless wastes of time and money. They put drivers in a bad mood and further drive motorists toward a rightful lack of respect toward the battery of unnecessary traffic controls we encounter in our hour plus commutes each day. (The change could make it an hour minus commute for me)
