Description
Next to Utility Pole number 4 on South Street is a red hydrant with a stake attached. That stake is bent toward the sidewalk as a result of snow, plowing, etc. Tried to reposition it upright but the actual metal attachment is bent so it can't be moved. The problem is that the stake is angled toward the sidewalk. If not paying attention, someone could easily get poked in the face or eye walking past the area, especially when there is less light or when it is dark.
