There is an increasing incidence of people trying to get around the long line of cars in the left turn lane by going up the left most right turn lane and then turning left, cutting off and nearly running into the cars in the legal left turn lane as they make the turn

I was watching the intersection yesterday in the early afternoon, I didn't catch anyone yesterday and I will re-check the area. I will check during peak commute hours as well.
