Sharraxaadda

He lives in the house next to the park. He is always drunk, rides his pedal bike and motorized tricycle up and down the sidewalk. Usually has something rude or vulgar to say if you walk by.
Our kids use that park and walk on those sidewalks. I have only lived in Shepherd a couple of years but I can't believe I'm the only one that thinks its time to do something about that guy (we do still have 2 Shepherd police officers right?).
