Whoever owned this property, tried to fix it up 3 yrs ago. He ripped the back of the house off-and left. But first he destroyed the yard. This wouldn`t be allowed in Cleveland. God help any one in the area trying to sell their house.The city of Mentor on the Lake allows this with our taxes?
