Description
heading Westbound on Vine St. there is a left turn only lane at Willowick Dr. which is ignored constantly! Yesterday, I was headed Eastbound on Vine and in the left turn only lane turning onto Willowick Dr. and was almost hit head on. Something needs to be done!

I dont know why I thought that this site could bring attention to a problem and I usually dont even participate in such things for that exact reason.
