I see that berm was removed that was damaged by the plow but is there any plans to fix the sidewalk berm?

Immediate answer, YES.
The repair is on a list of winter plow damage that will be addressed once crews become available. Our crews are currently in the process of clearing brush throughout the city from the winter storm.
