Hi, the fire doors in the EHS South Stairwell are not shut. 4 out out of 8 doors were open on March 31, 2018. Meaning they were open for the entire long holiday weekend. Please see the attachment. This is now the second complaint that the fire doors are open, the first complaint was March 2, 2018. Please see to it that the fire doors are closed 100% of the time.
