The old high pressure sodium vapor lamphead seemed to have sustained damage and wasn't turning on at night; neither is the LED that replaced it. The lightpole may have been targeted by vandals. Since neighboring street lights provide ample coverage at this spot, attempts to fix this unit may not matter, but it is tucked away on the sharp bend of the street and obstructed by trees, forming a dark patch in which loiterers can roam.
