We work hard to keep our yards clean, set out the required lawn waste bags and they sit out there for more than a week. Supposed to be collected on Mondays but when I call to inquire they say, "Oh, we ran out of time". The stuff sat there for 3 weeks and it was not a storm-related issue. Please step up the pace.
