Description

Back fire escape has faulty electrical. Light will not turn on every time and only at certain positions. Exposed wiring as well from outlet here, as well as in multiple rooms in apartment. Back deck door has no door handle for entering and exiting, and has holes directly to outside.

Window has been broken by entrance on side drive for well over a year, with no fix. Covered by plastic.

No hand railings in either stair well. Apartments are unregistered
