Light fixtures 'wall packs' on side of building (Catholic Charities on Grand Avenue) facing Jefferson Street are broken/out and need new lamps.
Lack of light in this area contributes to lack of security. This area is being renovated, and will hopefully be a safe, pedestrian friendly area. Light at night would really help.

CT Livable Streets Campaign (Utilizador Registado)
The Downtown-Wooster Square Management Team identified street lighting as one of their primary concerns in a recent Quality of Life workshop.
It is important for the city to help ensure that street and property lighting is adequate.
