I see you have posted this already , it looks like the plow never gets near it, from the photo you posted. It looks more like a car accident injury. Seeing the tracks steer away from the pole and the snow is kicked up prior to the plow going through.

you can look at attached photo and see my point. this has happened at least twice before. At the top of photo #1 shows that there is no break in the snow bank for a car to go through. The plow was on the sidewalk to start with. Photo #2 shows the path of the plow and photo #3 shows it going back onto the street

The 2nd photo is the one I would send to town hall is convincing to me. the 1st one not as much.

What are the next steps, do I go to town hall and bring the picture and they will tell me what to do?
