The 1500 Block of South Beulah st is a mess, there are pot holds so deep that if someone fell in they would really get hurt. I have an edlery mother that also live on this block it is sad. And to think that our Taxes went up and we can't get a new street 1500 block of franklin 7th & dickinson & the 1400 block of Beulah have been fixed several times. This is really a problem and the city of phila is asking for a lawsuit if someone gets hurt. All they do is come and fill in the hold which is back the same way within a week.
