Description

This graffiti has been on the front windows directly in the middle of town across from our post office for over a month now. Disgraceful the city allows something like this to be here for so long and easy to see why people are reluctant to move back to the city. As a newcomer working in Wilmington I want more than anything to be proud of my new home and would love to share it with others, but the lack of effort this city puts forth in making it look better is just plain disheartening.
