Description

The sidewalk in front of 17 Shoreham Road puddles and freezes constantly. It’s extremely unsafe for anyone walking by.

The reason the sidewalk puddles is because the tree in front of 17 Shoreham Road is causing the sidewalk to break up. This is extremely unsafe!!!!!!!!!

The City was fixing sidewalks last week right around the corner. Alderman Sal DeCola said that 17 Shoreham Road was on the list, but they never came.

So what does this mean for 17 Shoreham Road? Very concerned with winter coming and the ice skating rink that will appear in front of my house. Please advise.

Sidewalk grinding is done on properties that have lifted sidewalk panels because of the city tree roots. We will monitor both locations.

The sidewalk grinding has created so many more problems than it intended to fix. The rain now drains onto the sidewalk. Can someone come and monitor and repair the drainage issues we are having on shoreham rd ?
