Description
This rental house is less than 900 sq.feet and houses 6 persons. There is only 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The code states a male child has to have a room by himself. He has 4 minor sisters. This house is dirty and rundown with an on-going catering / pickup food service. The unknown persons scare the neighbors. The adult woman is a known convicted felon and many times an evicted tenant. She is dangerous.
