Another issue was reported for this same address 4826200 on 8/22 and promptly closed claiming it was a duplicate of this issue.

It was not a duplicate. There are additional ongoing codes compliance violations with the address.
- Failure to maintain sediment management
- Failure to manage debris on property
- Encroachment onto adjacent properties due to failure to maintain property line flags and barriers. This had resulted in damage to fences and vegetation destruction on adjacent properties.
- Frequent commencement of work in early morning of weekends.

And the original sidewalk issue which is worse b/c constant construction equipment blocking sidewalk and sometimes spilling onto street.

Original complaint was over 4 months ago. Is there anyone that can hold these folks accountable for the ongoing multiple Codes Compliance violations? It seems individual homeowners are held accountable for much less when it comes to codes compliance.
