This picture was taken on 3/31. A group of teenagers entering the old ammunition factory. Not only is this building a sore eye but it's crime scene waiting to happen. A few moments prior to the teens entering, an older man entered the site as well (bottom pic, black sweater). City officials, it's time to do away with this vacant property!
