Intersection of Bartram & Union Aves Lansdowne/UD floods during heavy rain creating hazardous conditions . Leaving hundreds of cars trapped over the yrs.

It is now Aug 2011. The flooding continues unabated. Three in the last three days.

Does someone have to be killed or injured ?

Hopefully the new Elm Street redevelopment project that just arrived in town will pick up the banner. !

Try staying away from that intersection/area when you know its going to flood. People go around the barriers all the time, they deserve to get stuck.
