Description

do we not get street cleaning on Chestnut between W Grand and 24th street? This trash all along the sidewalk hasn't been picked up in weeks. Why? We pay taxes too. We get tickets if we're parked on the wrong side during street cleaning (while other cars without licence or tags get a free pass and can park anywhere they want!) but we don't get the benefit of getting our street cleaned? Please clean during street cleaning, as intended. If people are parked, TICKET TICKET TICKET or TOW. why do cars without plates get to park for weeks without moving when all it does is make this area dirty.
