Pleasant Street drivers need a right of way to get on Fort Street

Q. What is the nature of the problem?

A. When you come around off Pleasant street and try to re-enter onto Fort Street, residents have been complaining that you have to turn your head so far to make sure there are no cars coming. If it is possible, can you make that lane accessible for the people coming off of Pleasant. Cars that are coming down Fort St. drive pretty fast and the drivers on Pleasant have a heard time getting out there.

A. There should be a signal that says Cars that are coming off Pleasant must use this lane. Cars coming from the bridge must get over in 2nd lane.
