Description
Several pit bulls kept outside without adequate shelter, living in terrible conditions. Chained to trees and have jumped over the fence, hanging by the neck. They have also escaped and run around the neighborhood, loose many times. On more than one occasion, people have been chased and nearly bitten. One pit bull froze to death.
