Description

The former Plains Lumber Company at the intersection of Cleveland St. and S. Oak Sts. in the Hudson section of Plains, burned down over 10 years ago, and has been sitting in disrepair ever since. The property is both a hazard and an eyesore to the community, with fallen down buildings, broken glass, rusted jagged metal parts, paint cans, and various other dangerous materials scattered all about the property; the remains of the buildings need to be torn down, and the property cleaned up of all the trash and dangerous materials that are all over the ground.
