Why is this issue closed? This was reported last year and absolutely nothing has been done. This home has been unmaintained and neglected for years. Issue ID: 2087415 neglected property from 2015 and Issue ID: 3719899 from 2017 regarding this roof tarp which also should include home needs mold removed and painted.
