Description

Very high weeds, dead shrubs, possible abandoned house. Very conducive to rats, as there has been past infestation. A huge eyesore and health hazard. Home was sold in 2017, and new occupants were to move in January, 2018. No one has taken occupancy as of 04/07/2018. A sad sight in Vineville historic district-- PLEASE help!!
