Thanks for commenting Mr Knox. Last time it went to that department nothing was done. Hope they act this time. Seems everyone is passing this issue around with no result.Maybe the wood is on City Property and the DPW should remove it ?

The word is private on private property not City

The Building Department does not have any enforcement capability for landscaping timbers sitting on public or private property. These appear to be on private property.

Well, whether this is on public property or private property it is an eyesore for our neighborhood. And if you come up and see them you will notice that one of them is just about on the Street. No way the homeowner owns the property out to the Street. Isn’t there sidewalk city boundaries? Bottom line is stop going back and forth about who’s jurisdiction this is and please have it cleaned up. This is the Second year in a row that this problem has been reported and still no action taken.
