we only have 3 ornamental lights on this block. one at each end of the block and one near the center. the lights are very very dim and outdated. the new brighter LED lights are needed to address safety concerns. with new people moving into the area and strange people wandering the neighborhood at night this all becomes clear. Yes we are actually starting Friday. That is when we receive our lights. They are going to start at the north end of the City and move there way south. This may take some time since we are changing out little over 4,000 lights.
Nipsco is also changing there lights as well but you will not see those done until early 2019.
