Thank you! It is the first pole once you turn onto Gorman street from Concord/126. I don't know the number.

It's been almost a year. Any updates? Would it be helpful for me to contact Verizon directly? It is puzzling and frustrating that Verizon takes such little pride in the appearance of their utilities, and therefore our neighborhood. Are there any rules/laws governing upkeep of utilities poles that could be used to nudge Verizon to care about this?
