Descrição

Large stump remains after city cut down tree. Also when will new tree be offered to owner of 1028 which is the logical place for replacement given the root size of the removed tree. Thanks

Generally stumps are dug once planting commences in your area. Areas are planted on a 5-6 yr rotation. Stumps are dug outside of area plantings to accommodate those times when a resident wishes to plant a tree or when stump is a particular hazard.

So when will you be planting in my area and how do I go about planting my own replacement if years from now. I lost a great deal of shade when the maple was cut down. The other maple on the extension is beginning to decline. Want to get something else growing even if at my expense.

Stumps are removed in conjunction with area being planted. Exception are made for those stumps that are a hazard or in need of removal due to resident seeking to plant through residential street tree permit.
