Beschreibung

I was at the stop light at 70th St., coming off the freeway (94) and a car with 2 older people in it (one female, and one male) threw a water balloon at my car for no reason. I was even looking the opposite direction of them and I didn't know them either. Their liscense plate number is 544-RDC, and I think the make of the car was a grand marquis, or something around that style. It was also a pewter color.
