This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.

It has become very dangerous to exit the Kolbe Farms community due to people drag racing up and down Emnora. PLEASE consider this request urgently before someone is seriously injured.

As our community and surrounding areas continues to grow and the volume of traffic has substantially increased. Irresponsible drivers continue to ignore speed limit signs and are putting innocent individuals at risk. It's only a matter of time until there is going to be a serious event. This is and will continue to be an Urgent matter that needs to be addressed. Please understand the urgency of this matter!

As our community grows, we continue to experience speeding along Emnora. This speeding, combined with poor visibility along the two way road creates a great potential for driver collision. Please install a 3 way stop sign ASAP to allow for controlled and safe driving conditions.

Constant speeders and no true side walks on either side of the road makes this spot ready for an accident. There have been many close calls but the speeding has always been an issue. No clear signs for speeds and have two schools on either end of the community.

Emnora street stretch between Bingle and Hollister Road is simply not safe for pedestrians, motorist nor home owners. We have witness numerous car crashes into ditches, into home property and countless near misses. This street is hundreds of feet from a school located to the north and south which places those who walk to school at risk. At night , it’s luck keeping us safe. Please install a stop sign, speed bumps , police patrol, auto speed sign before speeding vehicles hurt someone. please.
