Description

The back yard of this house which is on the 16th fairway of the LaQuinta golf course is overgrown with weeds. It has been this way for quite awhile. There is also a stack of tree limbs next to the house. This is a fire hazard and a haven for rats and other critters. There is a trampoline in the yard that has bent supports and is an eyesore. The front yard is not as bad, but it needs mowing and the trees and shrubs need to be trimmed.
