wow really nothin better to complain about then this? if houses didnt keep gettin posted for the stupidiest things there wouldnt be so many homeless people.city needs to help open them back up so they can be lived in and people wont need to be sleeping in gas stations!

You might address that directly to the Business Alliance of Kingston, or the Main Street Manager. You have the facts, you know what you've seen... that counts for a lot.
If I may, I suggest writing "an open letter to BAK", the Main Street Manager, or whoever you think is among the best recipient and send that open letter to the Kingston Times... that way the people you need to address get the message, and you and others know you've sent it, they've gotten it.
