It's on Harrison at 6th, right by the homeless encampment. They keep sabotaging it. Right now it is hidden with debris.. Please note that this is on the sidewalk and right of way to the entrance of the Posey Tube walkway on the Southwest corner of Chinese Garden Park.

Today's update

Another lawsuit waiting to happen all at the taxpayer expense. Why fix the roads/ sidewalks when they can pay people for being lazy and stupid.
