No one has claimed it in the neighborhood.

We can submit a ticket for the Police Dept. but they require some information on abandoned vehicles. They need the color, make, and model, license plate number and state, the condition of the vehicle, if it is driveable, and also if there is anything broken or missing, and the police district.
