Description
Pole no. K3178
The LED street lamp, atop the traffic signal post, is shining continuously even in broad daylight. It used to activate very early at dusk (much earlier than its neighboring lights), so the photo-sensor for the device must be dirty from all the bird droppings--not even heavy rains could clean it up. It's placed on the north corner of the intersection (on a green-colored post, not silver) and governs the northeastbound traffic movement along Caulfield Ln.
