Description

an older black dodge truck with an anti NDp sticker on the back window passed me in a playground zone on Ingram. she was doing at least 60 and threw rocks st my window on my vehicle. the license plate is bfm 1919. I was doing 30 and she is lucky a child didn't run across the road or a vehicle wasn't coming. not sure if reporting here does anything but it was ridiculous and she needs a talking to.
