the party store recently had work done on their exterior cove lights on the side of the building facing our backyards. However two of the cove covers/shields were NOT placed back down and now my/our yards are lit up like Tiger Stadium at night. It was really cold so we waited a few weeks before we asked the owner, Laithe, to have them fixed properly. We waited 2 weeks and nothing was done so I went back and asked about it and was told to "get curtains". Real unprofessional!!! That was not cool!!! We were all for his store and were at all the meetings and It was an item in part of the agreement for his initial approval to build that store, the lights must shine downward, not into our homes. Please make him fix this as it is causing a huge disturbance. Thank you in advance for your help. D VanHecke
