The City of Dunwoody really got screwed on the pavement job for Chamblee Dunwoody...The payment at the sewer just below Ashford Parkway gives you a thrill ride each time you go over it at any speed. The road is almost in as bad a shape now than it was before it was paved as it has been dug up and re-paved (?) several times since. When the road is dug up and re-paved invariably it will sink at the spot it was dug up--I think we need to have in the rules for digging up a street to require the contractor must return in 120 or 180 days to re-pave where the pavement has sunk. Dunwoody seems to do a half-job most of the time, for example, the serious hole in Chamblee-Dunwoody at Cotillion was only half filled when it was finally filled at all and now that hole is almost back to where it was before it was filled.

what about the hole at North Shallowford and Cotillion - that's been there for at least 3 months! I have to dodge it coming and going to work each day!
