I'm asking because we are putting these requests on our Candler Park Neighborhood Organization calendar, at which time we automatically request an escalation following your own protocol. If it is on May 24th, then we are looking at a 6-week timeframe for sidewalks. If it is May 31rst, then we are looking at a 7-week timeframe for sidewalks. It helps to know what the benchmarks are for different types of projects. For example, from another service request, storm drain installations take 45 days. Now we know this, and have that case on our calendar as well. If you already have a ready-to-share benchmark for different types of projects, we can better coordinate our neighborhood asks. ;-)
