Free speech you can put up any signs and yes if it's there longer than 72 hours by all means it can be towed, they have to go through the cops to tag it though. If you can't park in front of your own home then whats the point of owning it, when other families have like ten cars and you have one.

Yes, this is public right of way and no this sign is not enforceable for citations or towing. This area was formerly painted as a no parking zone and will be re-evaluated again due to poor sight distance and lack of proper roadway width to accommodate on-street parking. The City is not required to allow parking in the right of way.
