54 Pine Avenues FRONT AGAIN and backyard with debris, metal frame bed out in back yard.huge branch on side walk, blocking public sidewalk. Their fence is non repairable...fallen into next doors yard (duplex/). Now we get to see the junk front and back blowing everywhere!!! NON COMPLIANCE!!! Please fine them everyday until this is taken care of!! Obviously they don't care its been going on for years and I don't think they have been fined!!! They keep doing this over and over. Why aren't they fined daily? The neighborhood is sick of the filth on how these lazy slobs keep their properties.

58-60 has been cleaned up. 62-64 is hasn't been touched and is still filled with litter. 54 Pine Ave, not surprisingly, is still a mess.

62-64 Pine Avenue has not done anything to remedy this situation.

To add to this, the grass at 62-64 is now knee-high.
