a couple of friends of mine have commercial vehicles with nowhere to park at night, so I'm going to let them know that Emerson is the street where you can do this. there is zero enforcement of the no overnight garaging / parking of commercial vehicles. this guy seems to know it too. for the last year and a half he parks his commercial plated vehicle in front of the apartment complex he lives in - 15, 17, 19 Emerson street
