Still a mess. Now worse by juniper construction

Unfortunate, the condition of this street for those living here. Having lived here nearly seven yrs the roads have been maintained somewhat regularly until recently. Whatever is being done, It’s not enough anymore. This street needs attention now and much more frequent maintenance in the future with the increased volume of traffic. The corners here at S Mason and Buffum st ext. as well as the new development are dangerous and now are in horrible condition. Homes sit directly on the narrow streets. The least that can be done in this changing neighborhood is upkeep our roads as needed throughout the work and maintain them more frequently from here forward! The volume of traffic here is only going up and these tiny old roads are not up to the task! Safety first and regard for current residents would go a long way with all the changes in the neighborhood starting here!
