Location has been scheduled for repairs.

Did anyone notice that previously repaired potholes have occurred again, this area of street needs further attention and have requested same several times in the past

Noticed reply indicated In April that repairs were scheduled but have not noticed any work that may have been done between then and now. Roadway is definitely in need of repairs. Also, previous fix at intersection of 80 ave & 70 St is again eroded, would appreciate a second look st both locations.

Issue was reopened 9-9-19 as no improvement could be observed

Will continue to monitor and evaluate area.

9-4 shows issue corrected but observation am on 10-8 showed no improvement and would then wonder what is being evaluated? This same section of roadway has been steadily further deteriorating, accompanied by loose pavement and separation from curb line. Thank you
