The city light along Dug Hill Road located behind the referenced address is leaning. (#22)
The area along this berm is also eroding (which may be causing the lean) due to recent scooping to assist with drainage. The rip rap that placed there is creating pools that is holding water. The landscaping crew cannot maintain this area properly.
