The DOT will repave Route 9 northbound and southbound between Milemarker 115 (Freehold) and 136 (Woodbridge) sometime later this year. It is a much needed project, since this is a major highway connecting major suburban towns with the New York area. See http://www.state.nj.us/transportation/capital/tcp13/sec3/route/rt9.pdf
