On April 26th this issue was once again recategorized, which is fine. However, what is the outcome?

Isn't this a housing violation when more than 4 non-related parties live in a house?

That's a good question - what is the outcome? Students will be coming back in the next month or so.

According to zone rules "In no case shall there be more than four occupants due to the City of Bridgeport's Housing Code defining five or more occupants as constituting a rooming house." With all the houses in Lake Forest renting to 5 students, shouldn't this rule be imposed?

Glad to see the City has acted on this. Reported 6 months ago and yet nothing has been addressed.

Does Zoning want to weigh in as the las time the department did was April 26th, today is December 11th.

Ticket shows as still open. Question is, when will housing and zoning stop playimg volleyball with this and actually do something.

Ticket has been outstanding for 331 days, the question still remains as to what the Coty has done. Zoning sent it to housing, housing sent it to zoning - who actually did anything about this?

Apparently ticket is still open. Only 19 months. Wonder if the City is going to actually work on the ticket.

Not bad City of Bridgeport, only 661 days since first report. Clearly the Department of Zoning hasn't done a darn thing, as usual.
Hey, here's a thought why not address the issue rather than passing it back and forth across a few desks, actually go out and address the issue.
